Goldview Coaching was founded by Coach Alisha, a Yale graduate and Division I track and field athlete. Having navigated the academic, athletic, and personal demands of a highly selective college environment, and later serving as a Yale alumni interviewer, she brings a distinct perspective on both the student journey and the admissions process.
Goldview Coaching was founded by Coach Alisha, a Yale graduate and Division I track and field athlete. Having navigated the academic, athletic, and personal demands of a highly selective college environment, and later serving as a Yale alumni interviewer, she brings a distinct perspective on both the student journey and the admissions process.
This perspective extends beyond college admissions. Coach Alisha holds a Master of Health Administration from The George Washington University and a decade of experience in healthcare management and consulting, advising C-suite executives and policy leaders on strategy, planning, and complex organizational challenges. This experience sharpens the critical thinking and strategic perspective she brings to coaching. She has also served on corporate recruiting panels, giving her firsthand perspective on what employers look for in emerging talent.
